HourAlign is a free tool for estimating shared working hours across time zones.

Service

HourAlign calculates overlaps between the working hours you enter for each participant. Results are estimates based on your inputs and the time-zone data available to your browser; always confirm important meetings with the participants before you rely on a result.

The tool does not read calendars, mailboxes or presence data, and it does not send invitations.

Acceptable use

Do not use HourAlign to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to attempt to access parts of the service that are not offered to you. Do not present the tool as your own product or remove required notices.

No warranty

HourAlign is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for scheduling decisions or losses based on the tool's output.

Changes

We may update the tool and these terms. The current version is always published on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
